Real Estate Attorney
Ms. Olinski is the founder of Olinski Law, advocating clients in all matters of real estate law. She helps clients navigate legal rights and issues related to the acquisition, ownership, development, improvement and buying and selling of real property.
Before starting her own practice, Ms. Olinski served as an associate at Fagen Friedman & Fulfrost in Los Angeles, California, representing clients in student services and special education matters. She assisted school districts in navigating the complexities of special education law and complying with procedural and substantive requirements. Additionally, Ms. Olinski served as Education Law Clinic Assistant Director at Pepperdine School of Law, mediating and negotiation resolutions between parents and school districts. She also was a volunteer mediator through the California Academy of Mediation Professionals (CAMP) where she mediated small claims, civil harassment, and limited jurisdiction cases at various Superior Courts in Los Angeles.
Prior to graduation law school, she settled cases with the Office of the Attorney General, Division of Consumer Affairs in Newark, New Jersey and was an Immigration Clinic legal intern at the Center for Social Justice Seton Hall School of Law where she provided legal representation in matters of persecution, trafficking and torture, as well as victims of wage theft.
With a heart for philanthropy, her community activities include being the Founder and CEO of GO out on a Limb, a nonprofit for children with limb loss and their families to create a network of support and participates in a yearly run for brain tumor awareness in Washington, D.C.
Ms. Olinski earned her Juris Doctor at Seton Hall University School of Law. She is certified in Mediation, Arbitration, and Negotiation under the Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution at Pepperdine University School of Law, has a Post-Baccalaureate Graduate Degree with Advanced Standing in Elementary Education from William Paterson University, and a Bachelor of Science in Public Communications, with a minor in International Business, from University of Idaho. She also spent a year studying abroad at the University of Torino, Italy. She is admitted to practice law in California and New Jersey.
